Whale Sharks, Whale Sharks, Whale Sharks
The Taiwanese government has finally cleared the shipment of two more Whale Sharks for the Georgia Aquarium. These two new "specimens" are juvenile males and are meant to replace Ralph the whale shark Georgia Aquarium staff killed by poisoning him with an anti-parasite chemical and then perforating his stomach by force feeding him when he wouldn't eat(because he was poisoned). For me the creepiest thing about this new Whale Shark shipment is that the aquarium is requesting two sharks when they only lost one. Does this mean that Norton, the aquarium's surviving male Whale Shark is sick and expected to die as well from the poisoning and force-feeding treatment?
Read about the Taiwanese connection.

Employees Unwind in the New Whale Shark Facility at the Georgia Aquarium
Whale Sharks grow to over 40-feet-long and are the biggest fish in the sea, this is how they are transported over 8000 miles from Taiwan to Georgia(and no, this one isn't a joke).

Here is a beluga whale--Georgia Aquarium has also killed those--getting the UPS treatment.

This is even worse...Sorry Murari Bapu--Fishermen in coastal areas of Gujarat, India had promised the religious leader that they would never again hunt Whale Sharks for food or profit, but it appears that they are now reneging on their promise. Fishermen had been convinced by Muraru Bapu that the sharks were sacred, and they claim that they don't want to have to hunt the sharks, but they say that the Gujarat State Fisheries Department has been holding on to subsidies the fishermen are owed, and what with the rising price of gas, it may be an economic necessity for them to hunt the sharks.
PAY UP!!! You Cheap Bastards!!!
