5 Years Probation and $5000 Is Not Enough.

Mark L. Harrison was sentenced earlier this week in federal court in Atlanta to 5 years probation and a $5,000 fine for violating wildlife protection laws by running the "self-described" largest Shark Fin trading operation in the United States. He claims to have shipped millions of Shark fins. In August 2007, Mark L. is for "lump of shit" Harrison, was caught attempting to ship at least 211 Shark fins through the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta. All the fins were from endangered Caribbean Sharp-nosed Sharks, Bignose Sharks, and Night Sharks.
Authorities said that Harrison dried his fins on open air racks or on tarps laid on the ground, leaving the fins exposed to bird droppings, insects and dogs.

$5000 bucks? That is barely above a Cash-for-Clunkers rebate. I would like to see Mr. Harrison exposed to bird droppings, insects, and dogs.
