Japan Tries to Kill Captain Paul Watson
You heard that right, the Japanese Coastguard pulled an assassination attempt against Paul Watson, captain of the Steve Irwin and head of Sea Shepherd!
There was a confrontation yesterday between the crew of the illegal Japanese Whaling Ship Nisshin Maru and the crew of the Sea Shepherd's Steve Irwin. Sea Shepherd tossed stink bombs at the Nisshin Maru in order to hamper their efforts to kill Whales and members of the Japanese Coastguard--dressed up like half-assed ninjas--responded by chucking Concussion Grenades at the crew of the Steve Irwin injuring two members. THEN SOME ASSASSIN ABOARD THE NISSHIN MARU FIRED A COWARDLY SHOT AT CAPTAIN PAUL WATSON HITTING HIM RIGHT ABOVE HIS HEART. Luckly, Captain Watson has a brain in his head and he was wearing Kevlar Body Armor so he survived.

The Japanese Government, the Japanese Coast Guard, the Japanese Fisheries Agency, and the Institute for Cetacean Research are denying the assassination attempt--the coast guard claiming that only warning shots have been fired.
Glenn Inwood the Japanese Whaling Industry's western media shill denies the shooting ever happened:
He insisted Watson's claims that he had been shot were deliberately made to mislead the media. "Sea Shepherd knows how to twist the truth, it's like an ocean-going Joseph Goebbels," Inwood said.
"The Australian media is being fooled by a clever con-artist who bought a Kevlar jacket, shot it at close range and took it with him to the Antarctic just to pull it from his bag of public relations tricks at the right time.
Read.

Joseph Goebbels, Indeed!
Read about this scandalous shit.
We at The Chum Slick are fucking "virtually" speechless about this turn of affairs. Sea Shepherd has been called eco-terrorists...yet they are not the ones wearing masks. If the Japanese Coastguard is going to chuck grenades and take "pot shots," why do they hide their faces...Samurai never hid their faces...
Fuck those pigs,
