Suck on Whale Dick! U.S. Magistrate Judge J. Kelley Arnold on Monday in Tacoma, Washington found Wayne Johnson and Andy Noel guilty of conspiracy to violate the Marine Mammal Protection Act and unlawfully taking a marine mammal. Three other co-defendants Theron Parker, William Secor Sr., and Frankie Gonzales had already admitted in federal court that they violated the Marine Mammal Protection Act. In August of 2007 Wayne Johnson and crew unlawfully harpooned and shot a Gray Whale. The Whale took over 10 hours to die and the corpse was never recovered.

Judge J. Kelley Arnold ruled that Whaling was not protected under the 1st Amendment right to religious freedom. He also had denied the Makah tribe's claim that they have a treaty right to kill whales. Sentencing will be on June 20 where we hope they will get the maximum--a year in jail. We hope it is an ass-pounding kind of jail.

"My mom's going to kill me," Johnson joked as the hearing ended.
